2010 Annual Meeting

Once again we’re attaching ourselves to the annual convention of the Automobile License Plate Collectors’ Association, another organization of friendly geographically-oriented hobbyists.
Business meeting - 11:00 a.m. (Election of officers; updates from members; presentation of awards; old & new business) Additional details on the meeting location will be in the Extra Miler (newsletter), available by subscription.
Post-meeting jaunt: A trip to the Wise County line, where we plan to celebrate the Completion of the United States by Oscar Voss (VA-416). Note: This is an optional trip. Wise is just north of Fort Worth, and will require some driving (about 40 miles one way). Trip details will be provided later this spring. [Trip is subject to travel obstacles that may occur for Oscar or club members.]
Please notify Reid Williamson (geopathman@yahoo.com) by June 30, 2010 if you think it’s possible that you’ll be participating. We’re not asking for a commitment; just trying to get a rough head count.
